On behalf of Artvin Çoruh University, the 2025 Advisory Board Online Meeting, organised under the coordination of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Directorate for EU Affairs and the Turkish National Agency, was attended by Dr Hakan Gültekin, Director of the International Relations Application and Research Centre of Artvin Çoruh University. The meeting was held online on Wednesday, 24 December 2025.
The meeting brought together representatives of distinguished institutions, including the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK), Middle East Technical University, Istanbul Technical University, and Ege University.
Artvin Çoruh University participated in the meeting by invitation as one of a limited number of selected institutions, underlining the university’s growing institutional visibility in the fields of internationalisation and higher education policy.
The opening speeches were delivered by İlker Astarcı, President of the Turkish National Agency, and Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs. The programme included evaluations of the 2025 implementation figures and a consultative session with Advisory Board members.
