An orientation meeting was held with our students who will be going abroad in the framework of the Erasmus+ Study Mobility Programme. Students who have previously participated in the mobility and gained experience, those currently abroad, and those who have returned from the programme also attended the meeting and shared their experiences. The students provided information on many topics—from the application and preparation stages to the academic adaptation process, accommodation, daily life, and potential issues that may be encountered and questions were answered.

The orientation meeting was attended by Dr Hakan Gültekin, Director of the Centre for Foreign Relations Application and Research and Institutional Erasmus Coordinator; Hakan Taşkaya, Lecturer and Deputy Institutional Coordinator; and Aybike Kurt Gültekin, Lecturer. The academic and administrative coordination team shared key points to help students manage the mobility process more effectively and provided the necessary guidance.
